Helpful ReviewThey have the worst customer service possible. You drop him in early they charge you extra you drop him in late 10-15mins they just cancel your appointment. They are unreliable and straight up rude. There are many other salons that do a similar job for less money and with a smile. I won’t be going back and would recommend against heading there.

These guys are great, they provide a great cut and it amazes me how every time I come home and tell my partner how great they are. We go with our pooch Mack every 2 or 3 months and without fail everytime he is greeted by name and they remember how we like it cut and how it was done next time – checking if we want any changes from last time. This time we went after Mack was sick on the weekend and they noticed his shaved leg and how he was doing. Every time I leave I feel like they have gone above and beyond they really care about Mack.

I could have never said enough thank you to Barker Ark as a pawrent. Yes for FACT NO.1, they have been doing the best haircut for Mehmeh. But for myself, particularly and specially, my happy Ace is back now when he has to go for grooming. We were with someone that traumatise him for one wash and Ace rejected everyone who would be approaching him with a leash, touch his butt, nails or ears.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back with our boy Manny. The Barker Ark women kindly fit us in on a Saturday and were so efficient and gave our nervous Chi a wonderful makeover! So happy to find our new regular groomer.
