My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! We got our first baby ball python and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Oliver. He was outstanding! He happily shared his knowledge and assistance in obtaining everything we needed for our brand new addition to the family. I feel like I made a new friend. I will gladly drive the extra miles to shop at PetSmart!

Most of the staff is friendly. Only 1 complaint about the dog groomer. She spent way to much time talking to other employees while trimming my pet and took several hours while we waited. Very unprofessional.

The grooming center is absolutely awful. Deserves negative stars. Twice I’ve booked an express groom and been told when I got there that they have no record of an express and it would be a couple hours. I made the mistake of recommending them to someone else and they just did the same to her. Why on earth would you take a dog at 7a.m. With no other dogs there and refuse to honor the express booking? Not even apologetic or trying to find a solution…awful.
