The people that work here are great they deserve 5 stars but the fish are all half dead floating around and a lot of dead fish definitely much healthier at pet supplies plus down the road.

I tried to take my dog for a groom they wouldn’t take her because i didn’t have the shot records i found the shot records 5 minutes later they said it was too late to groom my dog even tho it was only 5 minutes later and the girl was still working on another did they could careless to help their clients at this location go elsewhere

Great place to go for grooming and pet supplies; just not sure I would buy fish there again (their betas especially always seem to range from half dead to actually dead). If you’re looking for a kitten, though, Weatherford Whiskers almost always has cats up for adoption there 😸

the small pet care for birds and hamsters can kill animals. i saw hamsters fighting. i cannot belive petsmart your enclosures are to small and this is animale abuse. most of the things you sell are not suitable AT ALL for the small pets.

Yes I was charged $80 for my dog that has been coming there for over a Year for what they called a HALF Bath bcuz they found a cut on him… I hav a problem with the $80. Chg with still dirty legs n paws n the NEW BATHER said he tried to bite her when she try to rinse his legs😂😂😂. Wrong dog to claim that!!! This dog wouldn’t bite a flea n YES I’m sure. No one has ever claimed ANY PROBLEMS whatsoever ever with this dog they hav Always loved him… So after my grandson picked up a dirty dog n got charge $80😳😳😳. I just called n spoke with Sarah the manager on duty, she offered me a $40 refund, REALLY. What is the reason for Not giving a Full $80 Refund??? His Full Bath, Blow Dry, n Brushing normally coats $82 so since there was No Bath No Blow Dry n No Brushing why was there a Charge for Anything??? Much less only offering me a $40 refund!!!!
