Called there to get a quote for a puppy pedi fani wash and trim was told $43.00 scheduled an appointment for Saturday anyway got there to pay was given a bill for $60.00 then my puppy was brought out no trim at all his nails and fanny were not trimmed well at all. I complained about it and the price Amber didn’t seem to care she wrote 20% off on the bill which is not $43.00 to make a long story short will never use there grooming services again I will be going back to petco

there was a very attractive girl that works here that greeted me with a big smile and offered assistance on my way through the door. I was there to pick up for uber delivery but I believe I may never return to petco to shop for my beardie again. Petsmart won my business today

I had to delete my review because I initially thought I was reviewing the grand forks store. My pup loves the grand forks store. She will actively try to keep me from the fargo store.
In Fargo: The staff don’t respect her service dog vest and will approach her without asking. The store isn’t very accessible for disabled people in it’s set up, so not even being able to safely have my service dog in there makes it inaccessible completely. The staff also shushed my service dog for barking when they ignored her body language to not approach her, and told me she was not trained properly if she was barking. They were aware she was a service animal, ignored her being a service dog, ignored her signals, and then scolded me and her for doing her job by telling me she was untrained. Make that make sense.

Asked a worker for help finding products for my grandma’s barn cat that has an upper respiratory infection (even though I knew what I was going to buy anyways). Almost didn’t help me find the products but insisted that if I didn’t take the cat to the vet it would die and I should give it to a shelter. Scare tactics and treating me like I’m incompetent makes me never want to ask for assistance again.

If I could honestly give them less than one star, I would. I have a dog that is very well behaved and everywhere else we have taken him they have said so. I arrived to pick up my dog recently from the grooming service to my dog, crying and whining. While I was waiting in the front For them to bring my dog out, I could hear the groomer yelling at my dog by name and telling my dog to shut up. The groomer then came up front and asked after they noticed I was there how long I was waiting. I told them that I was waiting for approximately 10 minutes. They then seemed extremely embarrassed. Yet they still had the audacity to tell me that my dog needs training after yelling at my dog. Honestly, will tell everybody and anybody to not go here to get their dog groomed.
