So to start off, they cancelled my appointment last minute and gave me a 25% discount for the inconvenience…that’s perfectly fine. I discussed my dogs allergies prior with the person I made the appointment with over the phone and they said he should be fine to give a bath (especially since he desperately needed a deep cleanse). Now I completely understand where they are coming from, and I know my Pitbull’s allergies are very severe, HOWEVER, they turned him away due to the smallest scab/wound on his body and this was discussed 5 days before his appointment. This is the only PetSmart that has turned him away, I never had this issue before. I get his baths 2 times a week at other PetSmarts and today was the day they decided to turn him down. I am so disappointed.

UPDATE: Sadly, Jennifer is no longer with PetSmart Grooming. I don’t know where she is working now and I don’t know why she left. She groomed our puppy on 02/16/23 & was supposed to groom our older dog on 02/22/23; but, instead I got a call to reschedule as she no longer works there. It was weird the way everyone behaved toward me when I asked about her. She was our groomer for 2 years! So, we don’t go there anymore. I took two stars off for lack of professionalism over this situation.
Jennifer is awesome with my dogs. She treats them as if they are her own! They love coming in to see her. She does a great job bathing them and giving them their haircuts. They come home looking and feeling great. They’re easy to maintain between visits. She’s just done a wonderful job working with both of them; as well as helping me with my maintenance questions.

Came here last week and saw this small tank of maybe 200 goldfish. They were so cramped together that only the fish on the very ends could move at all. The fish in the middle were simply stuck and not moving at all. Absolutely heartbreaking and I am stunning by Petsmart’s complete indifference toward animal rights and animal welfare.
