    I have been bringing my dog there for grooming for some time now and never had any issues. Today I was a few minutes late for the appointment and Sam (the groomer) was incredibly rude, didn’t even greet us just told me to call if I’m going to be late and was just plain rude the entire time she talked to me. Then informed me that she saw the note from the Walpole location about my dog “nipping” at the groomers while working on her paws (which was an extra charge for handling) so she will “see how it goes”. I have never had complaints about this from groomers at this location or others but now its in my dogs chart here and they realize they can charge extra for it (my dog is a 12 pound shih tzu mix). So of course when I picked her up I was charged extra and again Sam was rude to me. On top of all that the cut looks choppy, she did not do a good job. I will not be returning with either of my dogs.

    store is super clean and the manager (erin) is really helpful. sometimes I need help with things like picking out the right food and litter and she’s always there to help me, give her a raise =) she is always there.

    We have been going to this grooming place for last three years. I understand our dog has hair and far and very hard to groom but recently they been intentionally been price gauging. I paid 122 for base plus 40 special (“my dog was aggressive”) plus 10 plus 10 total 182. I should say my dog is Bernedoodle. The manager was telling me how weekend is bad for them because they are busy however they are the one reschedule once month ago and the other yesterday. I truly am fed up with Pets smart and the grooming price gauging.
    Never going back to pets smart.

    I had a bad can of cat food that was rancid and because I didn’t have the can they wouldn’t replace it. On their voicemail, they lead off with, “we care about your pets” that’s not true. It’s not about the can of cat food, it’s the principal. My cat could have gotten really sick and who keeps a rotten can of cat food that smells up your whole apt. I was very disappointed with is response as I spend thousands off dollars there. I’m extremely disappointed in the clerks response.. no humanity.
    Wasn’t rude but if that’s store policy. That’s terrible.
    It was Merrilck salmon limited. I still bought the merrick grain free dry food and some more cans, cause I feel bijou likes them a lot and is one of the healthiest. Look my info up if you want to make this right. I bought my cat food at 840 pm.
