My 13 year old Chihuahua loves this place. It’s not the closest groomer to home but she’s happy.
Helpful ReviewI’ve taken her to other local groomers where she vigorously shakes in fear and strains in my arms or on leash to go in the opposite direction.
The groomers are so very pleasant. She doesn’t run for the door when she’s brought out to me. Other store employees have also been pleasant and happily helpful.
I highly recommend the groomers here. Everyone seems happy to work here.

I paid for a special holiday package. They didn’t provide me with three of the promised items for my dogs grooming experience. When I first called the girl was nonchalant and seemed bothered and didn’t seen to care! I was summarily dismissed and told the manager wasn’t there???? I asked when the manager would be available to speak to, the groomer just said I don’t know???
Helpful ReviewShe told me to come back another day to pick up the items they were supposed to have provide me in the first place…. The staff needs to be more customer friendly. courteous and caring. Otherwise you’ll get alot more of these types of negative reviews!

I regret taking my dog to this groom salon simply bc I had a coupon to apply! Idk what they did to my puppy but he came back scared and not wanting to go outside. The lady that took him in was being very rude and cussing at him in Spanish simply for having much puppy energy! I should have never left him there with her to begin with when I heard that. She didn’t even clip his nails like she said she would and didn’t get rid of the knots in his face. Gave him a really bad report card (first bad one he gets here!) and was just moody from the start! My poor doggy, all scared now I could tell he didn’t have a good experience or was definitely mistreated. Took him on a walk and let him do whatever he wanted hoping he forgets soon smh…last time he goes there I don’t care how many coupons they give me!!

The employees were extremely rude to us. They refused to sell us fish, without even hearing how big of a tank we had. We wanted to get the fish we had friends, so they would survive longer. But we were turned away due to being Biola University students. The lady made sure to tell us that her team would no longer be selling fish to Biola students.
