I would not recommend Petsmart for cat haircuts. I paid $130.00 for 2 hours and my cat had an uneven haircut. There were patches of longer hair in too many spots and it didn’t even look like his tail was touched at all. When I got him back I was appalled because it looked like I gave him a haircut at home. OVERPRICED. Next time I will buy a grooming kit from Amazon and do it myself!!!! So disgusted that they will take my money and do a piss poor job!!!!

For the most part employees are nice. Some could be bothered less to help & some barely give the time of day.
Helpful ReviewThey NEVER carry a particular bird food I need. I’ve asked if they would stock more & they tell me they don’t order I can go to website & do it myself.. Well if I’m going to have to do it myself, I’ll go Amazon. At least they ship free & quick & always have it.
They also say they aren’t in charge of stocking, that corporate does that…even if you are a regular customer who using a large amount. Doesn’t seem to matter. Like I said, there are some nice workers but don’t expect any extra customer service from management, it’s not happening.
