I bought a backup filter the thrive semi- aquactic internal filter for our turtle. When I finally opened the box to put it in the tank it was missing all of the internal parts. When I called the store about it they said that there was nothing that they can do even though the box had never been open until last night and the external parts are still connected with with the zip ties and the instructions. I’m pretty sure it was a return and whomever was working decided not to check that everything that was there and in good condition. Instead, they decided just to toss it back on the shelf. Now I know to make sure to open anything I buy from this location before checking out.

I took my two 100# lab/golden pups in to get their nails trimmed and filed. This was my first visit and the staff talked me through the process, told me there was a short wait and then was extremely good with both of my dogs! They made this a stress free activity for all involved and I very much appreciate the care my dogs received here. I will use them again for sure.
