The staff was extremely rude to my wife today and pressured her into paying more when she came to pick up our dog. It took 2 months to get an appointment and it was discussed when our dog was dropped off that there wouldn’t be a matting fee as they were shaving her. When my wife picked our dog up they said we are going to charge you so you book her in earlier next time!!! Would not recommend.
