I was able to find what I needed, but PetSmart products are pretty expensive.

They do a decent job. Only 2 stars because it says they are open till 9 for grooming. Went in for a nail grind and nobody is there. Called corporate to see if hours changed since the employees were busy assisting others. They were also not sure why there were not open. If you want to bring your pet in for service make sure you have an appointment to help ensure you’re going to be serviced. Been using them for a while but this put a bad taste in my mouth and will not be going back. Never had issues coming in every 2-3 weeks for my dog to have her nails done. Don’t need a follow up saying you’ll do better or whatever. I don’t care for anything free or discounted. Just need to update your hours so people don’t waste their time.

I am absolutely done with Petsmart. I went to take my dog to get a bath and her nails clipped for a 2pm appointment. When I called to make the appointment I explained to them that I adopted her from the shelter and so far she does good with other people but I just want to use caution and I also explained to them that I don’t want her sitting in the kennel long and wanted them to call me right before she is done because I’ll be staying in the area and will be available to come asap. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early because I wanted to try to let her meet the lady who was doing her bath and clipping and as the lady that checked us in goes to ask about the lady doing the appointment she goes up to another lady and she then says that she won’t be there for another 20 minutes and if I willing to wait to meet her then I can do that and I was perfectly fine with doing that. She then proceeded to tell me that my dog would be sitting in the kennel for an hour before she will even be touched even though her appointment is at 2. They then explained that they have an express appointment scheduled at 2 that she has to do before my dog. So not only did I explain while making the appointment but when I showed up I explained it again. Now I’m questioning the past appointments and how long my other dog has been sitting in the kennel since they choose not to listen to what I’m telling them about my dog. I will never use petsmart again.

Great place for everything, pets! This particular location looks closed if you go in the evening. It has a very dim lit parking lot. Seems a little unsafe. I have always wondered why.
