I set up a grooming appointment for the same day and when I got there, they said they didn’t have any openings and the ones that set it up was the call center. They turned me away and wouldn’t even give me any compensation for the long drive or any discount or anything. I was running late for an appointment myself because I had to drive my dog all the way back home. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

I took my puppy Milo in for his first ever grooming today and I am so impressed! They were so kind and understanding with it being Milo’s first cut. Ms. Zhanna did an excellent job and he looks so handsome! Thank you! I’m adding a before and after of my little doodle dude♥️

Sucks. The staff is never helpful when you call. They will tell you they don’t sell a certain brand and will not even check to see if it is in stock when you tell them yes. You do sell that brand. The store is never stocked in the fish department.

Went for my cats prescription food. They are all out blamed it on the manufacturer, not true! Wouldn’t let me get another renal failure food! Told me to go to Livonia! Thought it was the manufacturer! Yet Livonia has it! My cat is sick I have to give him a iv everyday which I told them!
