I was returning a purchase today and the store manager was at the register. I have never mer someone so negative and annoyed by their job. While I was looking for a specific email she wanted to see for the purchase another customer asked if the manager was around and this woman said Yes, but only after further questions from the customer did she tell him she was in fact the manager. She rudely answered the question and finished my return making sure I knew what how annoyed she was having to enter things into the register. This was the most unexpected and unpleasant experience that I have had in a Petsmart and I will never go to the one in Woodinville again.

I wanted to say thank you to the grooming department at this location. Alexis! You were so wonderful with my two boys 🐾 last night. My 13 yo yorkie and my mini doodle.
