Happy with the customer service here: Hope does a great job grooming my little dog who’s a difficult client (he hates getting groomed as much as getting veterinary services!) I took my dog back to her again a couple months ago because she did a wonderful cut for him. All the store staff are helpful & cordial.

In The Dark
This review is for the grooming salon. I took my dog here 1/16/23 and she is still recovering from a terrible eye infection one month later and $110.00 at the vet.
I implore you to sanitize your equipment properly. She came home with red watery eyes and it got worse from there. OTC eye drops did not help hence a run to the vet a few days later.
Except for home the groomers was the only other place she went.
