The grooming salon and the boarding hotel have poor customer service. For both departments, they do not have effective communication strategies with the customer and then hold the customer accountable for what they did not communicate.
Instead of working together with the customer to mitigate the problem, they tell you to not come back.
Terrible strategy for business whose sole funding comes from the customer.

Everything is overpriced junk from China and their foods are MOSTLY OVERPRICED TRASH at outrageous prices. Banfield will neuter or spay your dog w/o permisdion but they HIDE IT IN THE PAPERWORK SO YOU HAVE TO PAYY FOR IT THEY HATE BREEDERS PETSMART IS ANTI BREEDER SO READ YOUR PAPERWORK THOUHROUGHLY!!!

We had a lack of judgment at Christmas and adopted a puppy. Realizing we bit off more than we could chew, dog training was our only option for all of us. We asked everyone on our walks (pulls) about recommendations. Overwhelmingly, Diego at Petsmart was suggested. With Diego’s skill and guidance, we have now become a happy family. We are looking forward to our next level of training with Diego.
