I have been coming here for years always loved it. Today however a woman answered and told my child that she could just Google how the product works she’s isn’t a vet. If you don’t like your job then find a new one. I have never went to a pet store and an employee just didn’t want to help you.

We went to get my boyfriends beta some plants today. We always stop by the beta selection. Dead center there was a deceased one. It was absolutely disgusting you could tell it was there for awhile. So I took it to the counter and told the lady about it. All she told me was that she was going to put it right back on their display and if I didn’t like that to take it back to the aquatics person. Absolutely disgusting behavior. She should not have her job there she does not care about the animal care there. I’ve met many employees there as it is my local pet shop and they’re amazing. Don’t know what went wrong with this one. She was rude, lazy, and showed that she didn’t care about those animals nor the customers that would be seeing the fish.
