Booked and phoned for a seat in beer garden, then arrived and we were sat inside. Food not worth what u pay (over priced) but table service good.

Great pub, excellent staff, very attentive and super friendly. It was a pub based menu but that said it was excellent food. I had a veal osso bucco which was so tender it melted in my mouth. If you are in the area you should drop in. Easy to get to with a train stop less than a minute from the front door. Enjoy,… we did.

Lovely experience from booking through to dining. We had a large group, with a few dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, the service attentive. Would highly recommend.
