We’ve our dog in today suffering paralysis symptoms, not quite diagnosised yet, but find staff extremely helpful, and Dr Jason very helpful and patient.

As far as costs are concerned, there isn’t a cheap veterinary experience, based on the fact the government doesn’t apply Medicare to animals, there are no cheap options, just the right options, and this clinic seem extremely fair.

Deep appreciation for the caring team at Greencross Vets Aikenvale for my boy Chowder. He has had a smooth recovery from surgery. I can tell how well he was treated from how happy he gets every time we go there now.

The vet we saw was very rude and unfriendly had a foul attitude and no compassion or empathy for our dog after a stool sample an medication and $338 later she was given back dirty an with a foul smell all over her after requesting they clean her up the vet made a snarky comment to another employee the visit was very rushed an he seemed more concerned about making money then helping animals DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not happy , reception ladies were awesome and nice dealing with me having a meltdown , the fella we had was rude and uncanny he didn’t examine my dog properly and was to concerned about my son being loud , and still stung me a fee 2 weeks on my dog still has sores and I have taken him to another vet and they have treated him for something completely different, instead of worrying about the child examine my dog properly and you would of found more sores and scabs that wernt visible

Fit me in on a busy public holiday. Vet was excellent and caring and broke down and itemised the estimate (which ended up being the exact cost) and explained the procedure.
