Please do not take your pet at this place for grooming. They are very and I do mean very selective on how they want to work. I tried to get my mother’s dog for grooming and she had a few areas of matting I because she is a maltepoo. It’s hard to grooming here in Alexandria and when you can find some one, they are booked months in advance. I won’t be shopping there ever again.
and they didn’t want to do it. I can’t find other grooming

Great products and great customer service. I won’t get into the ethicality of how and where Pet Smart procures their live animals from and how good or bad their in-store habits are, but aside from that, it’s a wonderful place to buy pet food and accessories.

i came here to adopt a cat. i was looking for one for so long and all other pet stores were so all over the place. this was the quickest and easiest adoption ever and the workers were very nice and helpful. i love my new kitty and couldn’t ask for an easier and quicker experience!!!
