Smaller location but still has grooming service and dog training which we’ve used for our two dogs and so that’s appreciated. There is no attached Banfield or pet hotel like other larger locations. The selection of food, toys, clothes, and animals is fairly good. Live animals include fish, reptiles, and a small variety of birds and rodents. I used to get frozen rats for my ball python from here and we used to get our dogs food here before we found it cheaper on Amazon subscription.

Never purchase fish here. I made the mistake of getting a little school of neons to add to my established group of 22 within two weeks I lost half my school and three out of my six Cory cats died. My water quality is perfect I test regularly for the plants, and is an established heavily planted tank. Really disappointing when you lose healthy established fish along with the ones you purchased. Must have some bad internal parasites that spread or something as there are no visible ailments on any fish in my tank. Plus their stock prices on dry goods are obscenely overpriced like a lot. Go down the hill to Pet Express better prices and healthy fish in my experience.

Just like Petco, you could hear crickets in there… PetSmart WILL NOT order dog food that they don’t have on shelves! You are forced to find it elsewhere online! Used to work in the grooming department for about 3 weeks then quit! Their procedures are not logical or “safe!” Brand new groomers have sliced bellies open of a couple of my clients and had to pay damages for the vet! This is ridiculous!!! Corporates like these really need to do better!!! They are over priced and injuring dogs!!! Nobody cares but why should they??? They aren’t getting a reasonable wage and no customers!
