Dr Brian and his nurses has looked after Milo for the last 5 years. During this time, he has diagnosed his heart murmur, treated for his UTI, provided yearly check-ups/vaccinations and cat boarding while we’re away. I’ve been to other vets in the past however I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, experience and proactiveness when treating Milo. I highly recommend Auburn Vet to anyone that has a pet around the area.

Great service from the staff. Dr Brian is professional and knowledgeable and the nurses will try to always help with my queries when I’m concerned about an issue I have with my dog but can’t fit into a booking immediately.

Brian the Vet was very attentive and helpful. Nothing to fault on the service. Was not told however that there was a Sunday surcharge as I was not told this when I booked and I had originally asked for a different day and not a Sunday. Was a slight bill shock.

Dr Lou did a great job with our cat’s surgery. they did an xray with our cat and found out that hairball is clogging her intestines. they did the surgery immediately and after a few days, our cat is back to its normal, sweet self 😊
kudos also to the nurses who took care of her while she’s confined

Don’t waste your money here. It is more expensive than other vets and little to no care when dealing with your pets. Maybe it’s just cats he doesn’t like as he seemed to know nothing about them and had no care factor. Also expect additional charges when you go to pay. I had to take my cat to another vet for proper treatment and couldn’t believe how much cheaper it was for above and beyond service.

Was adopted by a local stray. Took him in to get checked for a chip, only to find out he’d been chipped by a previous owner who passed him to someone they couldn’t even remember. Thus ensued the most awful ordeal. Waiting to find out if he was going to be claimed was only made better by the amazing care and dedication offered by the wonderful staff. They went out of their way to ensure that he could join us, following every lead until we were certain we could give him a loving home. With enormous gratitude to all the staff at Auburn Veterinary Hospital.

They are uncaring, money hungry and selfish vet i have yet to see, my cat had a broken leg they made me pay up $600 for a xray n tell me that they’ll get in contact with a specialist n days of me chasing them and they didnt get back to me by the time i told my cat elsewhere the bone was healed in the wrong position and nothing could be done to save my cats leg

Absolutely fantastic staff with a wonderful vet who went above and beyond to help me with all my questions regarding my fur baby Pud-pud. Everything was explained in detail and during my cat’s 2 nigh stay, I received a phone call each morning and evening on my cat’s condition. I totally and without hesitation recommend Auburn Veterinary Hospital. I wouldn’t trust my fur baby anywhere else and I’m happy to say that Pud-pud is so much better. A massive thank you to all the staff.
