My dog Bella, was taken to Sydney Animal Hospital when she escaped our yard during a storm. Some kind people took her there as she was found wandering in the middle of the road. SAH tried to contact me from microchip information that they had but wrong MOB number. I rang a few vets in the hope of finding her and they told me she was there all rugged up in a warm blanket. We went to pick her up and she was very happy and cosy.
Tenielle & Rebecca gave her lots of attention and love. Tenielle kindly corrected the microchip information. I had attended the vets when it was owned by the previous owners, and I love what they have done with the renovations and making the place look all shiny and new. We were given a tour of the facilities, and feel that this is the place I would definitely feel comfortable taking my pets too.

Dr Rebecca was absolutely amazing as all the staff were looking after my beautiful little Georgie 🩷 Dr Rebecca saved his life after he needed emergency surgery after eating a tennis ball. Her care and professionalism was like nothing I have experienced before and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I am forever grateful to her for saving my gorgeous Georgie. Her communication in the days he was in her care was incredible and was so thoughtful and considerate. The follow up call from Dr Shaun was so caring and thoughtful as well. It is so nice to know that our animals will be loved and looked after properly when they need it most. Thank you thank you thank you to all the staff at this amazing Vet 🩷

I recently visited the new vet clinic with my two beloved dogs, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and soothing. Dr. Rebecca and Tenielle were absolutely fantastic. Their expertise and genuine love for animals were evident in every interaction. Dr Rebecca took the time to thoroughly assess my pets’ health, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. The clinic’s facilities were pristine, and the team went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of both my furry friends and myself. I left feeling reassured and grateful, knowing my dogs are in capable hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and professional veterinary care. Exceptional Veterinary Care
I recently went to the newly opened SAH Baulkham Hills and couldn’t be happier with the level of care provided to my precious 6 year old cavoodle. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel like family. Dr Rebecca Cassilles demonstrated a deep understanding and compassion for my baby girl, taking the time to thoroughly explain treatment options and answering all of my questions.
The facility itself is beautiful and clean, creating a warm and comfortable environment for both pets and owners. Additionally, the gap payment only option truly goes above and beyond.
I highly recommend Dr Rebecca Casilles to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary care. Thank you for your dedication and expertise!

Dr Rebecca was thorough and profession and dealt with our very sick Border Collie quickly and in such a caring way. She explained everything and gave us all the treatment options to consider. The vet nurse was so helpful and fit us in for an urgent appointment and helped me put our Lucky puppa back in the car after the visit. These ladies are amazing!! Highly recommend this practice.

My dogs recently visited this vet for their vaccinations. Dr Rebecca was really welcoming and my dogs were so relaxed during their consult that I don’t even think they noticed they were getting a needle. The new building renovations looks great too!
