Whilst I normally utilise the superb free delivery option with my online order, today I had to go into the shop and make my purchase due to my tardiness in ordering. This is how my last order was packaged – a $75 order in the equivalent of a used wine cask & someone had poked a hole in already to check the contents. NOT HAPPY JAN !!! This shows a complete lack of regard for the customer (me) & the safe arrival of the goods I have paid for. Hi Emily. It saddens us to hear you had a negative experience in our store. Unfortunately last week many of our fish arrived sick from our supplier. Please know we have a dedicated team of aquarium experts that are treating the fish twice daily, so they are in the best hands. These fish were treated immediately when they arrived in store, and still being treated. Care for live animals is our highest priority, and our aquarium team are doing everything they can to help these fish recover.

Products for most pets including reptiles,fish and some large animals, with various hays like horse and garden lucern hay and mulch. $10 do-it-yourself 10 min. dog wash with wash, rinse, flea and tic function and blow dry. Good value, we take our dog there.
