Whilst I normally utilise the superb free delivery option with my online order, today I had to go into the shop and make my purchase due to my tardiness in ordering. Before I could even initiate my search for some succulent Super Coat for my semi peckish canines, I was greeted by a friendly member of the staff who was more than accomodating and possessed a disposition sunnier than the Sahara Desert. A more pleasurable experience you will not come across. Five stars. Woonona P… See more.

This is how my last order was packaged – a $75 order in the equivalent of a used wine cask & someone had poked a hole in already to check the contents. NOT HAPPY JAN !!! This shows a complete lack of regard for the customer (me) & the safe arrival of the goods I have paid for. T So, this is the last order you will receive from me, as you are not the sole online option.

Hi Emily. It saddens us to hear you had a negative experience in our store. Unfortunately last week many of our fish arrived sick from our supplier. Please know we have a dedicated team of aquarium experts that are treating the fish twice daily, so they are in the best hands. These fish were treated immediately when they arrived in store, and still being treated. Care for live animals is our highest priority, and our aquarium team are doing everything they can to help these fish recover.

Be careful as they are very sloppy at putting the correct price to a product. Bought an item priced at $3.75 and was charged $8.50. They refused to sell it at the advertised price and said “customers often move things around”. Not just bad (and illegal) business practice but accusatory. The customer service person also coughed constantly. Be careful.

Hi Phil, I am very sorry to hear about the experience you had in our store with incorrect pricing. We try our best to ensure products are always placed infront of the correct label, however I will follow this up with our customer service staff so we can try and avoid it happening in future. Once again, I am very sorry you had a negative experience in our store.
