very sad with how my mini schnauzer’s haircut turned out, i gave specific instructions not to trim her eyelashes! when i picked her up i was devastated.. they “forgot” i basically told them over & over, they even wrote down what i said too.. & i showed a picture for reference. how can you forget?! her beard is way to shaven i was borderlining tears!! 🙁 just wanted her to look more tidy not extra shaven !! 🙁

Groomers are Pawz Ink were amazing and did a great job. Previously we had tried some other pet groomers who were bit hesitant to clip nails for our 2 year old Rottweiler. But Pawz Ink got it done so easily. Looks like she had a great grooming session. Thanks guys.

There are few constants in life, sad to say my groomer is no longer one. After using them for about 8 years, for my pedigree chow – Having to haggle over price for the 1st time (wanting to charge me 50% more than before) getting a little attitude along the way to having to take the dog to the vet because she was bleeding after her cut / hacking, & the mess dealing with vets and attitude from the groomer time to find a new one 🙁 (I guess when business is too good customers & pets matter less ?)

Today my dog was booked for 8am so I thought she’d be done by 10ish well I waited & waited for text/phone call but nothing!! I called at 11:30 no answer!! I finally just turned up and was told she was having a sleep I was a little shocked so I asked what time did she finished I was told 10:30!!!!!! I was told they left a message I didn’t get it then the girl said oh maybe we called the wrong phone number!!! This is not the 1st time it has taken this long as my other dog was booked in a month or so ago he was there for 3hrs30mins but that time I turned up and was told due to delay of another dog they were behind so I sat in my car for over an hour waiting!!! That is why I was waiting at home for my phone call as I didn’t want to sit in my car for an hour waiting!

Kylie is a wonderful groomer who looked after my dog throughout his entire groom. The service was exceptional and all the staff are all up to professional standards. Completed a short DIY course with Kylie before and was able to return to ask for more help whenever needed. Thank you Kylie and her team for the wonderful service.
