Candace Lace has filthy mannerisms, overhearing her talk about her private life is revolting when discussing her partner ‘we went to the car show then I gave him a b#@$job’ and other disgusting details. I will not be going back there again.

This vet clinic is amazing. I’ve been taking my kelpie puppy, Specter, here for 7 months now and all the staff are very friendly and professional. They are super patient with my boisterous pup and are always happy to answer all my questions as this is my first pup. They are also very happy for me to come by semi-regularly to quickly weigh him as a way for me to create positive associations with going to the vet. Thanks heaps guys!

We used the 24 hour dog wash behind the vet, to wash our German Shepherd. Undercover and two bays. A variety of wash cycles. Very handy.

Forever grateful to all the staff who helped my beautiful Grace, during her surgery.A special thanks to the amazing Dr Isabelle Thomas who gave me reassurance on her procedure, and I’m so glad we followed through with the outcome. Also to beautiful nurse Bec, who looked after Gracey and helped her in and out of the car. Highly recommend this Vet Clinic. The staff are very passionate and care about your fur babies.❤️

Appalling service. I was told they have to sedate the dog in order to check him. They actually took the dog at the back, saying that it is easier for them to check if I am not there. Came back saying that they are not able to consult the dog???? And need to sedate????? Another vet treated the dog on the spot ( different clinic) one hour later. Keep away from them as they don’t know what they are doing. It is a huge rip off. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’re travelling and our staffy required some attention to an ongoing eye issue. The staff were great and considerate to our needs for our boy. They were happy to liaise with our regular vet in Bargara Queensland. The staff were friendly and loved Wilbur.

For many years BVH has been our go to for the Veterinary care of our dearly loved ‘fur babies’. We have been through the best of times joyously introducing the team to a new little one and, the worst of times, as they have so sensitively guided us through our loved ones final stages. We were unable to get into our usual vet, not even on a cancellation list which was very upsetting, considering our old epileptic dog due for knee surgery developed an ear infection & is at our vet fairly regularly with his aliments. Berwick Vet were happy to make space & see us not even being their regular client. They were also very professional & helpful. Hopefully due to their professionalism he might be able to have surgery if the ear infection has settled! Thank you so much!

My cat ingested Lillie’s which are toxic to cats and the team at berwick saw me straight away and did blood tests to check his kidneys and then put him on fluid therapy for 48hours to flush the toxins out and then repeated bloods to check the kidneys again.

The communication was fantastic and now my boy gets to come home with the all clear!
So grateful for their compassion and they way they all handled my stressful situation.

We’ve been with Bentons Vet Clinic for many years. All the vets and quite thorough with medical investigation and explain things in layman’s terms.
