Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Brookvale has a reputation for providing excellent customer service, with staff that are not only friendly and attentive, but also knowledgeable about the diverse range of products on offer. Many customers have praised the staff's willingness to go the extra mile, from helping to find products in other stores to dealing with fussy pets in the grooming section. The store's comprehensive range of competitively priced pet supplies, including pet food, accessories, and health products, is also highly appreciated by customers. They also value the in-store services like the dog wash and attached vet. Customers have also mentioned the store's helpful price matching policy, although some would prefer if the prices were lower. The store generally maintains a good stock of items, but there are occasional out-of-stock situations. One customer pointed out that the aquarium section was closed off due to social distancing requirements. Overall, Petbarn Brookvale is highly recommended for all pet needs, thanks to its excellent service, wide product range, and specialist knowledge.

Customer service is amazinf. They didn’t have my dog diapers in stock (I know embarrassing) and the sales assistant looked up online for other stores where they were in stock including other retailers! Wow- also they helped me buy everything else I needed for a sick dog. Love them
