Customer service is amazinf. They didn’t have my dog diapers in stock (I know embarrassing) and the sales assistant looked up online for other stores where they were in stock including other retailers! Wow- also they helped me buy everything else I needed for a sick dog. Love them

This store seems alright unless you’re wanting buy anything aquarium related. Store has a whole fish section with tanks full of well stocked fish tanks. but while the whole aquarium section is closed off to public with tape due to apparent covid social distancing requirements, the rest of store is fully accessible to public & when I attended was crowded but store stadd didn’t seem to have any issues with people standing within 1.5 metres in other parts of the store. So don’t come here if you want to purchase anything aquarium related

I took my kelpie cross to the Petbarn groomers at Brookvale yesterday for a bit of pampering. I thought her wash and blow dry would take 90 mins max.
But after 2 hours I hadn’t heard back from Petbarn, so I went to check on the progress. I saw that my dog was being kept in a cage and still dry.
It was upsetting to know that my active kelpie cross who I thought was being pampered all this time, was instead locked in a small cage and not attended to.
What’s the point of a scheduling system if they accept so many dogs at the one time?
Petbarn groomers need to urgently review their scheduling system and business model. It shouldn’t just be about profit, but caring for our pets well-being too.

We have previously adopted through petbarn (Belrose) and both times were awesome.
