If I could rate this practice a zero I would. The staff are incredibly well trained in saying the same thing over and over – our ‘system’ cannot do that. They showed zero care factor to human connection, customer service or even kindness. One can only hope they treat the animals better behind closed doors but I cant even be sure of that. Avoid at all costs.

After treating my schnauzer with antibiotics and steroids for his skin allergies and associated issues over and over again as recommended by other vets, I came here looking for a better solution, and I couldn’t be happier!
The vet here talked through many other options and long term solutions. We worked out a preventative treatment plan which has helped so much. And the cost was reasonable too.
Sorry can’t remember the vets name to give her credit as was a few months ago, but that’s how long we have kept the issues at bay. I would have been to the other vet at least 3 times in the same time frame and just used harsh antibiotics and steroids for a short term quick fix.
Could recommend these guys enough!!

Very helpful and good value if you’re apart of their “healthy pets plus” membership. They do seem very busy whenever I’ve gone in- so the welcome experience isn’t quite there, but they are friendly.
