Very slow insurance claiming experience. We got the premium medibank insurance. Also gave them the number. but they did not take any action after 10days. we had to call our insurance company to find out. can’t access to VET records also.

My little boy was born at Happy Tails and he just did his neuter surgery today. The wound is sutured very pretty and he eats well, looks happy, no side effect but a happy and healthier dog. Highly recommend Dr Jason and the lovely nurses. 🐕

Dr Jason is very professional and friendly. Before came to Happy Tail, we have been to other vets. They told us our dog had to do desex surgery because her uterus came out. However Dr Jason diagnosed that she didn’t have to do it and did the surgery to help put it back. And after awhile, everything went well. We really felt thankful for what he has done for us.

Total rip off! 3 visits and they want a consult and urine test fee every time. And he still is not cured! Went to another Vet and even they were surprised they kept charging another unnecessary consult fee. Changed Bet and much happier. Unfairly charging!!

Dear Yolinda, really sorry about your bad experience with us. Our staff share an obligation to care for the welfare of animals whom cannot speak out, and hence our concern with the RSPCA. A blocked bladder is a life threatening disease in cats with a wide variance in treatment (& costs). We discuss options with all our clients so they can be well informed and open to worse case situations if the need arises. We hope to better our explanation and care in future in such delicate matters, and that your cat makes a good recovery

My dog was born here , he is three years old now. I have to say Jason is a very responsible doctor. He won’t give unnecessary medicine or needles. Even if I asked, he’d give me a professional opinion. And then explain it to me very carefully. The nurses at the clinic were very friendly. I think if I didn’t move out of Melbourne. My dog will be here all the time.

I took my dog to see Dr Jason Wong for a full dental but my dog did not recover normally and she had to stay overnight. the team at Happy tails went above and beyond to care for my dog and I felt supported and informed the whole time. I would most definitely trust and recommend their clinic.
