Never take your dogs here. We took our pup and when we ,,’eventualy’ got her back she was a mess. They hacked away at her hind quarters like she was a sheep and had been crutches. The hair has never grown back and they used every excuse why they couldn’t groom her properly. It has been two years nd the damage is still very visible. Rank amateurs, charge like wounded bulls and don’t provide a good service. Use them at your own peril.

I dropped my puppy off at 10am and waited all day for him to be ready. Finally got him back at 4pm! I told them we had a bad experience at the last groomer and was recommended here. My puppy looked like he had been hacked when I got him back. It looked like the clippers were blunt. There were chunks out of his ears and he was completely shaved everywhere else. His behaviour for a week after the groom had completely changed and not for the better. The amount changed for what I received was ridiculous! We will not be recommending the place or returning.

Took my toy poodle to be groomed told them at least 3 times not to do a poodle style haircut as I like him to have a natural look and not like a poodle at all. Dropped him off at 1 and picked him up at 5 to be told he wasn’t ready yet so I waited and when he finally arrived he had a full poodle style haircut complete with a bow in his hair! I was beyond shocked! I couldn’t believe how much they had ignored my request to absolutely NOT have a poodle style haircut! And when I told them this isn’t what I asked for the woman was just arguing with me! Will not be going back! So angry and upset about this.

Dropped off dog at 10:30am. Was told he would be ready by 3pm. Was on the way to pick him up when she rang to ask for another half an hour. Sat and waited in car. Collected dog. Fur all over him and my clothes. Rang her to ask if he had been washed. They said of course. Even told me to walk him so the fur would be blown off by the wind. ??? Arrived home and was convinced he wasn’t washed. He’s usually very happy after a wash! I washed him and he came out looking different! Clean! Just amazing how people rush through the job, didn’t do a very good job clipping him either, and had the cheek to lie for her $80. Not going back. Had to find a new one because my lovely lady has cancer and will be undergoing treatment. What an infuriating let down!

So not impressed. Booked our 10 year old Cavoodle in for 11 am and he wasn’t done until after 4! Amateur job. Looks like someone ran the clippers over him in about 10 mins. Nails weren’t clipped.

I took my dog to Cute Canine for the first time this week. Friendly service and was very confident leaving Susy with the owner for her groom. Great haircut and cost was on par with all local business I have enquired with ( that all had month long waiting lists). I recommend highly.

Tracey was amazing grooming my persian cat with matted fur. She was gentle and caring whilst clipping. I did see a little dog she has just finished and she looked gorgeously groomed and was finished with a little pink bow!

I have taken my dog and cats to The Cute Canine for the past 11 yrs. Tracey treats my babies as if they were hers. All my cats have attitude ++. Tracey grooms them beautifully, caters to each little personality and has a lovely relaxed approach to them all. I would not hesitate to recommend Cute Canine for your four legged babies grooming / pampering.

very unprofessional, rushed my dogs haircut she looks ridiculous, I got there and they were still cutting her hair. I saw the person cutting the hair flicking my baby. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
