Brooke and Daniel are the best ever My Lucy loves going there and I love the way they do her coat ! She never wants to come home which says how great they are We have been going there for about 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else Thanks guys your the best ❤️

Highly recommend the Dog Wash to anyone and everyone!! The care they take with your pet is above and beyond. I have been bringing my spoodle for years and they do a professional and immaculate groom every time. Brooke and Daniel give the best customer service and I always feel confident my pup will be safe and cared for in their hands. 10/10 love this place!

The best place! Our puppy always enjoys herself and comes home smelling great. I also love the variety of treats they sell. Not really for the full groom, but great for a wash and cleanup between big grooms.

Went in to get my dog groomed before Christmas. After I left with my dog, I overheard from outside the two owners saying how crazy I am with how I am towards my puppy. Then when I got home I found two cuts on my dogs belly and groin area. Which they did not tell me about! Will not be going back!

Daniel and Brooke are the most compassionate dog people I’ve ever met! Nothing is a problem and they are always happy to share some advice. Daniel is the reason my fur baby loves the place, she use to hate it before Daniel got her to relax and love being bathed!

I discovered this place a year ago. And every week I take my puppy for a wash & blow dry. Daniel & Brooke are so friendly, nothing is a bother to them and my puppy gets treated like royalty and comes out looking happy clean and fresh! They love my dog and he loves them. They are always booked out for grooming with good reason. Although, Coopie has never been knocked back for a walk-in wash, nail trim and minor trim… ie: face or butt.

I used to bring my dog here a lot for a wash and to get her nails clipped, I actually stopped going because I was told to wait at the front while she got her nails clipped it wasn’t until i looked to the back and saw one employee clipping her nails whilst the other lady held her in a headlock whilst smacking my dog in the face. I was left in Shock as I watched my dog receive the greatest neglect in their life. I am absolutely disatisfied with the service received. If there was an option to give a zero star rating, Believe me I’d be hitting that button harder than the smacks recieved by my dog. Trust me, it makes domestic violence look like a game of 44 homes. All jokes aside, this is a true story, and you’d never see me or my beloved pug back here again.

We have come to the Dog Wash Cafe for years now and can honestly say this is the best dog grooming salon we have ever been to. Our dog is not an easy customer and we are fully aware of that, but all the staff have been nothing but supportive and lovely about her mischievous and sometimes really difficult behaviour. We will keep coming back. The treatments and haircuts are the best in the business.

Worst dog groomers ever. Took my dog there for the first and last time. They completely butchered his hair – he had missing chunks and his mane was jagged all the way round. I paid $70 for this terrible cut which i could have done at home (i sometimes cut his hair when i have time). i would not recommend this joint to anyone!
