I was waiting to collect my click and collect order from
Petbarn Caringbah- Direct this morning, and a male customer pushed in front of me to be served first. The assistant store manager served the customer first, I informed her that I was waiting first to pick-up my click and collect order, however I waited near the counter.
She said “we prioritise our in-store customers first, and you weren’t waiting in the line, you were waiting near the counter, so next time wait in line.”
I find this very rude, particularly from the assistant store manager.

I paid $90 for grooming my cavoodle and he came out with ears cut short and messy when I specifically said not to cut his ears, inside ears were not cleaned, feet were not tidied, base of tail was left untouched and his head was cut short and flat. Not happy at all! The manager offered me a 30% discount on his next cut even though their website says they would refund if you are not satisfied. I wouldn’t take my dog back to these totally unprofessional and incompetent groomers. I’ve wasted $90 and now need to find a decent groomer who can complete the job properly…. any suggestions ?

The store was well laid out, clean and tidy but full marks go to the staff. We were passing by and stopped in to buy water conditioner for our sons new fish tank. The staff were incredibly knowledge, providing far more information than expected which was not only extremely useful, but potentially saved us money. This was all done in a very cheerful, helpful manner that made it all absolutely easy.

Well stocked store. Clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. 2 dog washing stations instore which can get busy on weekends so allow plenty of time. Also parking on a weekend can be difficult. The best time to go is during the week if you can.

Walked in to collect a click and collect order. Service person called “Justin”, an elderly gentleman was at the front, didn’t even bother to greet me so I said “hello I am here for a click and collect” and was responded to with a sigh “of course you are”. If you hate your job so much maybe you should move on. The other staff members were very helpful. Not a good experience!

Great store to buy pet products. Convenient location. They also have two animal (dog) washing stations, inside the store. 10 min = 10 dollars. A small dog like ours only needs about 6 min.

Parking out the front is very limited as it shares its parking area with 2 food outlets, avoid during lunch. Get in & out of the parking area can be painful as it has a small round about near the entrance and can take awhile for the traffic to move due to the traffic lights. Park at bunnings due busy periods is my suggestions

Great variety and always good prices. As a member always get discounts. The staff is really friendly but Hayley (I think she is the assistant manager) always very helpful. She always smiles and answers all our questions. We recently bought a toy for our cat which he wasn’t interested a bit so I returned not sure if they were going to accepted but Hayley was so helpful didn’t even hesitate and we bought some wet food instead. They have my loyalty and wouldn’t shop anywhere else
