Had a unpleasant exchange this morning with the receptionist. I was not treated with a welcoming attitude and she was downright rude and spoke with a disrespectful tone. The vet was lovely but due to this experience for my first visit, I doubt I’d be coming back.

I feel that I wasent given all the information about my little dog having a patella operation only that it would be very debilitating for her and would cost a small fortune with no guarantees of the problem not returning. It’s a good thing I was suspicious and researched on line only to find out that all I needed to do was have my dog lose a little weight and I did that and she’s perfect now. I prevented a painful, slow recovery operation that was Very Expensive Beware

I have rang on two separate occasions and the secretary put me on hold both times.

If that’s how they treat humans, God help those poor animals.

We love the staff here so much our new puppy “Poppy Lou” is named after Lou the vet. Our dog family have been fairly consistent visitors to SGAH over the past 2 years and I can certainly say the staff go above and beyond in their care and always show compassion and understanding. Always so thankful to everyone at SGAH!

Disappointed as was given incorrect price over phone, Lucky I double checked the price and found out it was actually over $150 more, which would of caused me a huge inconvenience.

Very good vets. Price was reasonable as far as I was concerned. My English bulldog had cherry eye surgery and was speyed. Everyone was lovely and dealt with any concerns I had. Very happy!
