The rating is for an emergency case it doesn’t reflect a normal vet visit
An emergency with my pup going into anaphylactic shock due to a bee sting on a Saturday morning called to see a vet at their opening time of 8am was told no vet will be there till 10am had to travel to nearest emergency vet which was SASH prospect
vet techs and staff should at least be trained in giving a life saving shot to a dog that can not breath especially when the nearest emergency vet is 1/2hr away.

Super knowledgeable, everyone was very kind and nice although there is a bit of a wait however the Vet and nurses do not rush you at all. Every check up is done thoroughly and they do their very best to not force my dog if she’s scared.

Had the cat there for a week, thought it wouldn’t be too happy, but she seemed to like it. Only thing is the driveway, it’s steep and cars bottom out. A larger sign for the entrance would be good as well as your on the hume and sometimes there’s a few cars all moving at high speed…
