AVOID at all costs!! This is a true story which needs to be told to warn others. My elderly mother’s little dog went there not long ago for his routine clip and wash. Later that evening, mum noticed her dog walking with a limp, and upon closer inspection, saw a big cut on his belly near his nether regions. Knowing it could not possibly be from anything other than the groomer from the day before, she called this groomer and the response was to completely disregard the injury and blame it on perhaps the dog was overweight (it isn’t) and when told he gets plenty of exercise ‘maybe he shouldnt be running around in big parks’. What the?? The injury subsequently cost my mother a large vet bill for treatment, and a very traumatised dog.
