Zoo Products is a locally owned WA pet store with a friendly, knowledgeable team and a well?curated range of high?quality products. Customers say it’s smaller than the big chains but offers a better selection, helpful service, and even samples to try, making shopping easy and enjoyable. It’s frequently described as the best pet shop in town, thanks to honest advice, good value, and genuine care for pets and families—kids included. We drove from Geraldton to buy some Orijen Puppy food. This was the only store in WA that stocked it. Friendly staff and nice range of products. We’ll be back 😁🐶

Fantastic locally-owned pet store with helpful and engaging staff. Smaller than all the big-box stores but with a better selection of higher quality items, which actually makes it easier to shop. They are genuinely interested in the care of your pets and any time we’ve come in they have been so friendly and sweet with our daughter who is so excited to talk about her cat. Often have good samples to try too. Highly recommended, best pet store I’ve come across.

Great store, owners are really nice. They sell good quality pet food, including raw meow. We come here once a fortnight or so to stock up on supplies.
