Absolutely the most caring and not all about the money or roll them in push them out , thank you to Michael and Mark and the girls for seeing my 10 year old trooper girl Missy today and myself in such a state , giving me honest opinions meant so much , oh how I wish I used Blue and White vet from day dot . My darling furr baby and I are at her safe place trying to figure out where we go from her #2nd cruciate ligament injury in 13 months

Micheal is excellent and does a awesome job and the girls are great at what they do and good advice and service, as for the practice manager Tress Mcgaufficke ,she has a very aggressive personality, down right rude and intimidating and threatening, times are soo tuff at the moment and people are struggling everywhere to put food on the table and make ends meet after the devastation of the fire and floods, which makes it hard to make such bulk payments in one go, I had a 100 left to pay my bill which I paid over 1800 in full and then had no job, I said I could pay the last hundred in smaller amounts, she then became very ubrubt and aggressive, not a good way to run a business, sometimes being compassionate and understanding will go a lot further than braking a person down that is already struggling to put food on the table and make ends meet, we all do the best we can with what we got. You don’t get your money any faster by pushing a person to braking point.

Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of coming home to find my two dogs Rufus and Daisy had completely chewed and ripped apart a pin cushion full of pins. Worried they had swallowed some, I rang and was able to take them in straight away. Dr Zoe did and amazing job with my very nervous dogs and both ended up being ok. She was wonderful with them, I have also previously seen Dr Mark and he has been excellent too. All staff have been wonderful, I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you for all the amazing work you do!

Our dog needed to have a lump removed, and Dr. Kallman clearly explained every aspect of the problem and the recommended surgery. During the procedure he noticed and fixed a couple of other things as well with no extra cost. With some vets I have wondered if they are putting profit ahead of what’s best for the animal, but here there are no such concerns. I could not be more pleased.

Very good. Our cat was attacked by a big dog that was not tied up, in the caravan park where we stayin. Vet Andrè was very thorough and explained everything very well to us. He was very gentle with her too. Thank you to all the staff at the Blue & White vet.

Mark and the girls are awesome. They’ve looked after our animals for quote a few years now and are always thoughtful and thorough. We had to put our Blue healer down a few weeks ago as he was 20 years old and Mark came out to our car to do it as Buddy was unable to move properly and we wanted to keep him cool in the air conditioned car. They sent us flowers that week which was really nice. We recommend them to anyone
