Over the last 12.5 yes I have found the Staff caring and obliging. My little Poodle often had her Grooming done at Woolgoolga ( Woopi ) which was always a very positive experience for her. Her physical Check ups were always thoroughly carried out with love.

Pacific Vet care Coffs go above and beyond for my boys. Even down to making sure there was an appointment when I was scared my cat was really I’ll. They are kind, generous and understanding. We especially love Joe, Lady Joe and ofcourse Rupert’s favourite Lilly. Thankyou for making it affordable, and a loving experience. And always having our backs. My husband, mum, cats aunt, cats and I all appreciate you guys!

Thank you for all your help with lemon the brown mini lop after hours. I was devastated that she was dying and when the vet said that she was dead and that there was nothing I could have done even if I arrived earlier I became heartbroken. I am very grateful to the wonderful vet who said that because she had passed just prior to entering the vet that she would make the appointment free and that she would help take care of the burial of her.
If it wasn’t for the generosity of her I wouldn’t have known what to do. I was in terrible shock and she went above and beyond to help me as much as she could in such a terrible time for me.
I will return if my other rabbits have any issues, hopefully they don’t have the same results.

I’ve only had positive experiences bringing my cat here. The vets have always been very friendly and helpful. Payments at the front desk after the appointment are always prompt and polite. Even other customers in the waiting area have always been friendly to us.

I cannot thank enough Vet’s Jo & Lily for the wonderful care they took of my Lucy when she was so unwell recently. The kindness & compassion they had for her, & me, will never be forgotten. (Lucy’s leg is almost healed, though I fear her hearty failure is progressing). Thank you!!

From Coffs to Nambucca Pacific Vetcare are hands down the most caring vet practice. All the nurses are awesome and so understanding. We travel from Nambucca to this practice for the best care for our dog.

We have been receiving great care from pacific vetcare for years. I’ve had litters of puppies and issues with my own dogs that have all been treated thoroughly and with compassion. They always give me a variety of treatment options to cater to my budget which I highly appreciate. Every instance I have needed their help the ladies on the phone have been full of information and both vets and front staff have been understanding and caring.. would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Made an appointment on a Sunday at 9am.
Helpful ReviewMade to wait 30mins whilst 3 other walk in customers were served before I was.
Did not receive any kind of acknowledgement that the appointment was late or vet was busy. At 9.05am Only told to sit down you are next. Then still proceeding to see 2 more people before me. Told me the others were emergencies but when I rang yesterday I was advised bookings only coz they are too busy.
