I ordered 2 entrees, client ordered main, I told waiter to pls bring out all meals together, 20mins after mine arrived I asked about clients meal

Dale the doorman is the rudest human I have ever come across
Helpful ReviewTHE RUDEST STAFF. do not go here. It literally blew my mind how insanely rude people running a business could be.
They pushed my 8 year old daughter over to get to a table.
Told us they’d “wipe our table when they had a chance”
Advised they were too busy for us even though they had plenty of tables free.
Headed over to the north pier hotel who seated us straight away, were so lovely and welcoming. 2 minutes down the road, go to the north pier over the Phillip island hotel ANYDAY.

Hi JT,
I’m unsure how the “doorman” was rude after we accommodated your family with our only available table, which was outside. Yes it needed to be cleared and we asked if you could order through the QR codes like every other customer outside. I personally don’t think our barman deserved to be yelled at and swore at, or did our cutlery deserve to be stolen from the venue.
As for your child, that never happened and is a very poor accusation to make.
We have been booked out for 2 weeks, we were running with staff shortages and we don’t deserve to have rude customers come in and abuse staff because you couldn’t get served in 30 seconds.
Please also I have the camera footage of no child being anywhere near staff members, very poor

Had Saturday night dinner here. Well patronised but service was very efficient. Had the Korean chicken for entree which was suggested by the waiter. It was delicious. Followed with the chicken schnitzel. It was full of flavour and very moist. Had a good wine list as well. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely meal, our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The prawn linguine had a good amount of heat which pleased my husband. Serving sizes were generous.

We had dinner here on Friday night. The staff were very kind, welcoming and polite. We ordered the pear and rocket salad, cauliflower, arancini and the parmi. Every single item was amazing, lots of thought has gone into them to make them delicious! The servers were very generous and they had a great variety of drink options. We’ll definitely come back and be recommending the venue to others.

Amazing pub on Philip island with a huge indoor and outdoor dining (and drinking) areas. Can cater for all weather events. Watching the Sun go down outside while playing Jenga was certainly a highlight. Staff were accommodating and the food was Top pub food!
