    Really good. Had a bit of an emergency on Sunday evening with my dog Charlie who ate a whole block of high fat creamy cheese. The vet met me at the clinic within 15 minutes and gave him an injection to induce vomiting. Charlie chucked & then had another needle to stop the vomiting..a costly exercise & will be much more careful in future with dogs & food.
    Why does Charlie have these emergencies on Sunday afternoons?
    Moral of the story – do not put dogs and food in the car unattended even for the shortest of times. And be extra vigilant on Sunday afternoons.

    Thank you so much David and Emily and the caring staff for helping us through a difficult time to say goodbye to our beautiful old Milo dog. They came to our house and were so passionate and understanding ,Milo passed away so peacefully , luv to you all , Milo is now at peace 🐶 xx

    Extremely rude sciences on front door to go to side window go to side window push bear where you were ignored for five minutes while other people walk straight in the front door and served rang to ask them where you’re meant to go and was rudely told to stay at the front white Overpriced and bad service no point complaining as it is a monopoly and all owned by one organisation don’t go there go to Cranburne at Pakenham they need some competition

      This has been an unfortunate misunderstanding. You were asked to come inside but apparently misheard the message. Our hard working, caring, staff were not rude to you but, as we were very busy, asked you to wait briefly while we finished treating another animal. We appreciate our clients’ cooperation and patience in this difficult time, when we are busy and at the same time needing to comply with Covid restrictions. We are an independent practice, not part of any monopoly.

    Rescued a 2 day old lamb, which is unwell. They refused to see it because they consider it a ‘large animal’ & they don’t deal with large animals. Whatever their policy is, I find this poor.

      We did not refuse to see the lamb. Our policy is to do our best for all animals we deal with. As we deal mainly with domestic pets, we advised in this case to contact a practice that deals more with farm animals for advice but to contact us again if there was any difficulty with getting treatment for the lamb.

    25th December 2019 – By far the most amazing human being!
    We called David at 7am Christmas Morning as we had an incident with one of our dogs, David met us 15 minutes later and spent the majority of Christmas morning in surgery. He then called us yesterday to check on her … words will never convey how much we appreciate what he did for us and Bella.

    April 2019 – They were great, David was attentive to our 38kg Bella who isn’t a fan of vets, while our big boy Buddy was treated to some playtime out the back with the other Vets.
