Had used these guys for years. Then one day she cut my dogs armpit, didn’t tell me and left. I had to take him to the vet to get stitches and it cost me hundreds. No apology. No payment. After years of being loyal. BEWARE!

After having ordered something almost a week ago I am yet to receive confirmation that this item has even been posted. I have emailed twice and no response! Would not order from these again. Delays in postage is fine but they should communicate this with their customers rather than ignore!
