I am very very dissatisfied with the service I received from this place and when I was explaining my concern to the vet she kept on interrupting me then she opened the door and told to find another vet. I don’t know how much of a professional attitude that is. For many years I have been going to vets and medical practitioners I have never experienced such a bad level of communication.

If I could give more stars, I would. I am a first time visitor today and brought along my 13 year old dog, Polly. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the Head Nurse Courtney, as though Polly and I are long time customers. I must say the clinic is immaculate. I did not see a single fur on the ground. Dr. Donna attended to Polly, who has arthritis, which such compassion. She showed us the legs affected most by arthritis, which I have never seen other vets do in detail. She recognised that Polly is old and advised us that taking certain costly procedures may not be very effective. This is honesty and I truly appreciate it. She did recommend a basic and cost effective blood test, which I agreed to, and the results came back in the same afternoon at around 7PM. Also I would like to give credit to the nurse, Heather, who also shares the same compassion as Dr. Donna. I never felt like a subordinate in this clinic. Thank you to the team at the Dural Veterinary Clinic, may you all be well and happy.

I went to this vet by mistake (communication breakdown with my brother). They were really helpful and ageed to look at our dog. They were patient and understanding when I didn’t know many of the details (I don’t live with the dog). They are open until 7pm, which is helpful if you can’t pick up until after work.

They take the time, go out of their way and love your pet almost as much as you. They don’t push tests or treatments on you, are extremely understanding of financial situations and try to be accommodating and find different solutions. I’ve tried lots of vets and these are the best I’ve found.

These vets are the best. Have used other vets in the area and they’re aren’t even close to these guys. Donna took care of our beloved Miff and was always caring, thoughtful, honest about price, what our options were, and what was / wasn’t worth doing. When it was time for Miff to be put down Donna was comforting and professional on the hardest of days. We will be forever grateful for the care they took of Miff. Thank you Donna and the whole team.

When I moved to this area I needed to find a new vet to care for my senior dog, who has a range of health issues. I am so glad I found these guys. Donna and the whole team are fantastic, knowledgeable and so lovely to deal with. They are doing a great job of managing my old boy’s health. I also love that they see you by appointment – it’s much more efficient than sitting in a waiting room for ages, stuffed with anxious animals, before you get to see someone.

We’ve been seeing Donna and the team for just over a year at the recommendation of my in-laws who have used them for a long time. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, the team are always professional and insightful and treat our kelpie beautifully.
Whenever Billie needs treatment they rule out the small stuff first and allow time to see if it has solve the problem prior to doing scans and high scale treatment which is both great for the budget and instills so much trust.
We’ve just moved up to the Central Coast, however will continue to use Dural Vets purely because of how great they are!!

Very friendly staff from the vet nurses to the vets. One of the vets did some amazing surgery on my kelpie when he was hit by a motorcycle. You wouldn’t know his leg was even broken.
