    I cannot recommend this vet clinic highly enough. In an emergency situation they saved our dogs life. Their care and compassion towards our dog and us was truly appreciated.

      Hi Joel,

      Medical care and medication for people is heavily subsidised. Unfortunately, there is no medicare or PBS for pets and the cost of the provision of the equipment, facilities, skilled staff and medications required to provide quality veterinary care is all part of what veterinary practices need to charge.

    Been taking our dog there for over 10 years. Always a pleasure dealing with the staff EXCEPT for an incident regarding my Furry Friend which occurred in June 2021. We needed a vet check to send our dog overseas to the UK. Long story short, I received incorrect advise stating my dog would die if he travelled and it would be because of my direct actions, was spoken to appallingly by a leading staff member and basically told I was not a responsible pet owner. I sent an email of concern to the clinic requesting a meeting with the owner/manager and as of this review date have not had a reply. I sought a second opinion and advice and my boy is now living in the UK, he did not die on the trip, he did not suffer any illness, he is fit and healthy. I know sometimes people get disgruntled about not getting the service they require and can make dodgy reviews or complaints, thing is, I can prove everything stated and have copies of email sent which was made contemperonusly after the conversation.

    The Vet was a beautiful, caring and loving person. Taking into consideration all my concerns for my elderly cat. All the Staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome.

    My 2 dogs were unfortunately snake bitten 2 weeks ago. We were able to get to family vet centre in time to be treated. I cannot thank the nurses involved and vet Nadine for the best care and emergency treatment they received.thankyou

    Absolutely amazing staff, I nearly lost my little foxie but Mel, one if the wonderful vets saved her. Nothing is a bother and they all go out of their way to help. Could not recommend them enough. Absolutely amazing

    I have been taking all my fur babies to their Albury and Wodonga clinic for around 20 years now. The staff have always been lovely and provided the best of care to my fur family. Dr Nadine Miller especially has gone above and beyond to care for them over the years. I highly recommend them.

    We are new to the area, and didnt know who to call on a sunday, we found this vet and took our sick cat in ASAP and they welcomed us with warm open arms. Our cat had puncture woulds an infection and swelling. Quality care and quality vet service. Thank you and we will be back again for check ups.

    Staff polite and accommodating, fitted us in at short notice for a moderate pet emergency on a Sunday. Reasonably expensive, but treatment/meeication provided seemed appropiate and likely saved the cats life. Would use this vet again if needed.

    Just fair. I gave a 3 stars for generosity. All appointments are by making prior bookings. When you arrive almost every time to hey keep you waiting for some time & only have two me vet on or available to attend to you. Invariably on each visit with your pet you never see the same vet. Their pricing is very high example of just one instance, a small 35 ml bottle of ear drops for an infection can be purchased online for $11.99 they charge $40.00
