Very professional and clean. Reception staff are super friendly and so are the nurses and vets. My puppy loves coming to the vet, she gets lots of treats and pats. Doesn’t even feel the shots!

We had just moved to Ellenbrook and during our move our little Lucy (canine shih tzu) managed to find and consume a very large pip from a cocos palm in the new yard! Effectively blocking her intestine! The last thing we needed and definitely the last expense we needed. The vet Dr Roz and her nurses and receptionists were so lovely and supportive. They understood the urgency and booked urgent appointments as we needed them. Lucy has made a full recovery and I’m just blown away by this vet! Amazing! Thanks guys!

They have looked after all my pets for a long time. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Barry is a compassionate great vet. Definitely recommended. The brand new building and clinic being designed from the start as a vet hospital is a great improvement.

I had to take my dog Maggie to the dog Drs as she was refusing food which is so not like her. So i was concerned that my girl was obviously not well. The reception staff were very welcoming and our dr came out to greet us and take us into the consultation room. Olivia listened with great patience and offered a few suggestions as to the best way forward to help my girl. We decided to go with blood tests and i was delighted when Olivia said the results would be back within an hour. During the consultation Olivia was very caring and professional. This is the first time Maggie and I had been to the vet for something other than routine planned visits. Highly recommended

Vital Vet is a fantastic clinic.
I’ve been going to them for many years and they always go above and beyond for the animals they care for.
They also work with you to cater any concerns and sensitivities your pet has to make them as comfortable as possible on their visit.
Staff from all areas are wonderful; kind, caring and friendly. Absolutely 10/10 service.

Helpful ReviewMy elderly dog recently had a visit to get her nails cut but she struggles to get out of the car. We asked reception for help, a lovely staff member came and lifted her out of the car. She was super anxious while getting her nails cut but the staff took such good care of her.

Our first visit to the vet and it was amazing. The receptionists were great, the place is clean and welcoming, the vet was wonderful and they were really thorough, understanding and compassionate about my cat’s issues – and it was affordable too.
Just a pleasure to visit – my cat even almost fell asleep on the table he was so relaxed and normally he is a nightmare at the vet! Thank you so much!

Dr Barry (the vet) is the best vet we have had. We move around a lot being in the ADF and this vet and clinic staff are fantastic..Pricing is well below our last vet by more than half and a bit more. Finally a vet clinic who cares more about the animals and their owners..would recommend Vital Vets without any hesitation…
