They shipped mis advertised item, the air pump promised to be silent, but was extremely loud. Ignored my requests to accept return, then accepted when eBay pushed them to. When I shipped the item back but had no tracking to prove it, unfortunately, they first promised to send refund, then ignored all my messages. Very untrustworthy.

First order placed with Aquaholics ordering Seachem Purigen and Cloverleaf Wormer Plus. After I placed the order I received an email asking would I require a companion product in the form of fine mesh bags. I called and added two bags to the order. Had Aquaholics not had such a good ordering system I would have had to order them separately after delivery and pay the extra shipping costs. Great customer service and systems at Aquaholics. I’ll be definitely ordering again.
