We have been taking our Jack Russell Oscar to Robyn for two years now. Every time Oscar is there she looks after him so well and he gives her lots of kisses. Oscar can be a bit of a bugger when having a bath at home but with Robyn, he is such a good boy. Once Oscar got into some bright red tattoo ink, he had it all over his paws and stomach (and the floors and couch!) and I scrubbed the little rascal to get it off but to no avail, I called Robyn and she said bring him straight over (25 minute drive) and she got all the red ink off him. Oscar always smells so beautiful after he has been bathed there. You won’t look back if you take your fur-baby to Robyn, and I could not recommend Peninsula Pet & Pamper any more.

2 experiences that I have had with Peninsula Pet & Pamper have both been negative.
Helpful Review 1First time I took my dog there I had one request only – being a labradoodle I asked that her eyelashes not be cut.
When I went to pick her up – eyelashes completely cut off! I was upset but didn’t say anything. Robyn rang a couple of days later to ask how the groom went. She said that my dog was perfectly behaved and a pleasure to cut. I asked what happened to the eyelashes? Robyn said, “Oh her head moved and one was cut so we had to cut them off both sides.” Disappointing this was not mentioned until I brought it up. I probably would have rated the experience 3/5 at this point.
When I rang up for the next groom, I asked Robyn if I come back again, could she assure me the eyelashes would not be cut. She was extremely rude and told me that it might happen again given the speed of the groom. She then went on to say that from memory she did not want to cut my dog again because it was badly behaved (!) This plummets my rating of Peninsula Pet and Pamper to 1 out of 5. Particularly poor customer service. I have since been to Best Friends in Mornington several times. They manage to keep the eyelashes in tact, thankfully, it seems that it is not that difficult to do after all.
