Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The Links Pet Centre – Pet Boarding Brisbane has certainly stirred up a mix of emotions among its clientele, painting a picture of a business that, for the most part, seems to deliver exceptional care and services for pets. Many customers have shared heartwarming stories about the outstanding facilities, including swimming pools with warm showers and grassy areas for pets to relax, as well as the caring and passionate staff who go above and beyond to ensure pets are happy, well-looked after, and even beautifully trained. From intensive boot camps that transform pets to accommodating staff that support pets with special needs like hydrotherapy for rehabilitation, the centre has received high praise for its services and the positive impact on pets' lives. However, it's not all sunshine and rainbows, as a handful of experiences have left some pet owners less than satisfied, citing concerns over pet care and communication. Despite these few negative reviews, the overwhelming sentiment leans positively, suggesting that The Links Pet Centre – Pet Boarding Brisbane is a place where many pets and their owners find great value and peace of mind.

Highly not recommended when it comes to fur baby. I really had terrible experience with them all they do is business don’t care about anything. If you love your pet this is not right place.

Such a great place for my baby boy to swim! Sean and Barbara are very accommodating and staff are also great – friendly and good with pups. Links has the best facilities for pups to swim without having to come into contact with anyone. The pool has a shower at both the entrance and exit with warm water, grass by the pool side to take a breather and even various sized life jackets. I could not recommend enough- not that I want this secret out there haha
There is even a large and small dog park just outside for a quick run around with – or even without pup friends.
Ps. I’m sure you can tell by a certain smile how he feels about it!

I can’t recommend highly enough. It’s a beautiful place with passionate staff. We travelled 14 hours to get our boisterous puppy to Sean. Four weeks later we picked her up and hardly recognised her behaviour. She is a different dog and so obedient. Sean was very understanding and tolerant of both the dog and the owners. He turned our non working, high energy, border collie x kelpie into something we can manage and his training will no doubt change the next 10 years of our lives! Thanks Sean. We will be back.

Shaun and Jo have been great! Our dog was in a car accident and his Vet has recommended Hydro for his rehab. He is taking to the swimming very well, the team have been great! Looking forward to having this as part of our dog’s regular exercise.

Very efficient and friendly service. Pricing is very reasonable, and I always feel comfortable leaving my fur babies here when we go away.
