Highly not recommended when it comes to fur baby. I really had terrible experience with them all they do is business don’t care about anything. If you love your pet this is not right place.

Such a great place for my baby boy to swim! Sean and Barbara are very accommodating and staff are also great – friendly and good with pups. Links has the best facilities for pups to swim without having to come into contact with anyone. The pool has a shower at both the entrance and exit with warm water, grass by the pool side to take a breather and even various sized life jackets. I could not recommend enough- not that I want this secret out there haha

I can’t recommend highly enough. It’s a beautiful place with passionate staff. We travelled 14 hours to get our boisterous puppy to Sean. Four weeks later we picked her up and hardly recognised her behaviour. She is a different dog and so obedient. Sean was very understanding and tolerant of both the dog and the owners. He turned our non working, high energy, border collie x kelpie into something we can manage and his training will no doubt change the next 10 years of our lives! Thanks Sean. We will be back.

Shaun and Jo have been great! Our dog was in a car accident and his Vet has recommended Hydro for his rehab. He is taking to the swimming very well, the team have been great! Looking forward to having this as part of our dog’s regular exercise.

I boarded my two dogs here for six days while I went on holidays and they were well looked after and came home happy and clean. I defiantly recommend the Links and will be using them in the future. Lovely staff, great facilities and reasonable prices.

Worst pet hotel ever! If you love your pet, do NOT let your pet stay here.
After my greyhound came back from a 3 week stay with bloody wounds on his paws and scrapes on his shoulder, rear, and flank, I queried what had happened to him and why we were not informed of any of his wounds.
Their response: “greyhounds have thin skin.”
I know they have thin skin, doesn’t explain what happened to him or why nobody at the pet centre couldn’t be bothered to tell us he got banged up.
The worst part? The rude owners scolding me on the phone, when all I wanted was to know what happened to my dog. Save yourself (and your pet!) the trouble and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed – service has deteriorated since last year. Collected dogs in a disgusting state…absolutely filthy, one has conjunctivitis and two had totally black dirt infested ears. Their tongues were dry and they were so thirsty. Supposed to be washed on the day of collection – I am not convinced they were even housed in an indoor kennel as paid for! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Can’t even bring myself to offer more than a single star.

First timers for our 5 month old pup. Communication from staff very poor no idea how often she ate or what or the last time she ate after being told no need to bring her food she got in the car and 5 minutes down the road vomited . Drop by staff to our car with a rope lead around her neck she is learning to walk on a lead being a pup. Have no idea what the facilities look like or if she even had a bed to lay on. Tried to ask all these questions before the stay but got we supply everything the end. Should have gone with my gut to begin with and found someone else, seems like we were just another number. Really disappointed.

Great Kennel, my GSD stays roughly 3-4 months out of the year. Competitive daily price and even cheaper for longing bookings. Bit of a drive for me but worth it. She always comes back to me freshly washed and loving life.
