Customers consistently praise Petbarn Goulburn for its excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the spacious, clean store with a wide range of products. The easy parking, even for trailers, is another standout feature. Many customers find their experience at the store to be extremely efficient, with a calm atmosphere, even when their pets behave embarrassingly! Despite some finding the products a tad pricey, the general consensus is that the quality justifies the cost. Overall, Petbarn Goulburn is lauded for being more than just a pet shop, but a community hub for pet owners.
