Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Clinton Street Veterinary Clinic is highly praised by its clients for its exceptional service, knowledgeable and compassionate staff, and reasonable pricing. Regular customers of the clinic since 2006 commend the team's reliability, especially during emergencies. The clinic's ability to explain procedures and medications in a friendly, understandable manner is also appreciated by pet owners. Customers, even those who were served in highly distressing situations, laud the clinic's empathetic approach and patient care, sharing that their pets' well-being was a primary concern. However, despite the majority of positive feedback, a couple of customers express an unfortunate experience regarding the staff's interaction with certain breeds and a simultaneous presence of cats and dogs in the clinic. Nonetheless, the clinic continues to be highly recommended for its professional, caring, and thorough services.

Hi M,
Thanks for taking the time to give us a fantastic five star review. We try our best to look after all the pets of Goulburn, old and young. We do also appreciate that some of our old dog patients need a little extra TLC

I can make appointments with my regular vets when needed and receive good care and advice. A vet is always available in an emergency. I’ve been attending this practice since 2006.

Will definitely always take my animals here
Vet explains what they are doing, what medication they give my animals.

I’m giving 5 stars only because giving even more isn’t an option. My 16 (almost 17) year old cat Paskia Rose became suddenly and critically ill last Thursday evening with sudden onset pulmonary edema, and things became terminal incredibly fast. After some atrocious and negligent disregard from her usual vet, and after many (unnecessary) hours of suffering and fear for her, I called this clinic instead first thing Friday morning. Even though they were fully booked, when I explained (in much distress) the situation, they got her in straight away, checked her over and at long last her agony finally came to an end. Even though she wasn’t their usual patient, her wellbeing and the condition she was in by that time were their utmost concerns. The staff were beyond kind, gentle and thoughtful not just to Paskia Rose but to myself as well during that horrendous time. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough, and all of my heartfelt thanks still could never be enough. Thank you all so very much for helping Paskia Rose in the worst and most frightening time of her life. Both she and I are grateful beyond words.
Rest In Peace Paskia Rose Aspland, who’s suffering finally came to it’s end on Friday the 30th of September 2022 at 9.32am 🌹🥀
And thank you so, so much to everyone at Clinton Street Veterinary Clinic, from the bottom of both our hearts.

All staff are scared of my dog. I won’t be back. Obviously total ignorance to stereotyping of breeds. If they knew dogs they would know better. Fancy a vet without an understanding of dogs.
