I have been to this establishment more than once and the service has always been consistent. Unfortunately today the groomers did have an accident during my dog’s groom but what differs from furtastic and other groomers is how they take accountability and act accordingly in the best interest of their customers – our dogs. We are humans that make mistakes and I understand especially during busy season as summer rolls round, the business was in overdrive. Furtastic admitted something happened and took the proper steps to correct it and made the process on my end as smooth as possible as well. I will continue to support Furtastic in the future and thank them for their impressive service.

Our dog was groomed at this awesome place last Wednesday. It was our dogs first groom and understandably he was nervous. He was apparently quite happy to b groomed. Can highly recommend this grooming business. Awesome staff and a great job done

Hi bell, we are sorry you are unhappy with the requested groom that we did. We only ever shave dogs that are asked for it to be done. When you would have dropped your dog off you would have been asked exactly what you wanted done and as I have no information on your dogs name or when you came in I can’t give any specific information other to say that you were asked and would have said you wanted the coat cut for it to be cut, it may be possible that it’s shorter then requested but again we have a groom length chart in our shop that should have been referred to for the length you requested. Finally your dogs coat is not damaged or destroyed, it’s a common myth that shaving boarder collies damages the cost, we shave off dozens of boarder collies, golden retrievers, Samoyeds, labs and bearded collies all year around and none of them have damaged coats as it is just a myth. I am glad that I found this dog grooming shop. It is close to my home and convenient. The service is excellent and very helpful. The best thing is a good price to have treatment for dogs 🐕 👍 😂.
