Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Folks are buzzing about their experiences at PetSmart Greenwood, with many customers sharing tales of top-notch service that's become a rare find. From the team going the extra mile to ensure a perfect fit for a body collar, to patient and insightful assistance when picking out aquatic friends, it's clear the staff have a knack for making shopping for your furry, feathered, or finned friends an absolute pleasure. While one or two patrons have noted the occasional stock hiccup or a less-than-ideal grooming outcome, the general consensus is one of friendly faces, a great selection at reasonable prices, and some seriously helpful advice that goes beyond the purchase. Whether it's a spa day for a beloved pet or finding that bargain bed in the dog section for the resident kitty, PetSmart Greenwood seems to have carved out a spot as a go-to haven for pet owners.

I purchased a body collar that when I got home I found it too large. I returned it and and they were great to help me, they they even took their time to try on two other collers to find one to fit. You just don’t find that kind of service anymore!!
